Important work to reduce the disability employment gap has been carried out in recent years by the FOUND Project (Fueling Opportunities to end Unemployment for Nepalis with Disabilities) of the Leprosy Mission Nepal.
The FOUND Project aims to break down the barriers that keep persons with disabilities out of work. In the interview below, Taranath Sigdel, one of the coordinators of the FOUND project and a person affected by leprosy, talks about this work to make a difference in the lives of people with disability in Nepal.
